I’m glad you wrote, I have been trying to get in to thank you for once again making it a pleasure to go out and find a car. I am VERY!! happy with the two vehicles I bought from Tom Sparks. My wife loves the Le Sabre, it gets great gas mileage. We filled it last week and we got 26 miles to the gallon. You can’t beat that.
The truck runs real strong and rides very comfortably. Tim I want you to know I like dealing with you on price. This is the second time I have worked with you. Both times we were done with the trade-in and price part of the transaction 15-20 min. after I found what I wanted. You don’t find that any where else. As always, I will talk VERY HIGHLY of you and the dealership when people ask where to go to find an easy and honest car dealer.

I used to be a loyal customer of that no haggle car company. But they could not beat the price, and quality of the 2003 Buick rendezvous I purchased from Tom Sparks. Color, low price, low miles, excellent conditioned all the options I wanted.
I searched the Internet for 2 months for a used vehicle that met all of my qualifications. It was well worth the 47-mile drive to view this vehicle.
Doug Glick from Tom sparks Chevy was a complete pleasure to work with. From the quick and reasonable estimate of my trade-in to all the paper work and financing. Even a follow up letter and e-mail, which I have never experienced at another dealer, usually when you buy from them you never hear from them again, a nice added touch.
A very pleasant car buying experience and I highly recommend Tom Sparks to anyone looking far a new or used vehicle. I will definitely look at Tom Sparks next time I or anyone in my family is in the market for a new car. It was worth the drive. They really know how to take care of their customers.

Dear Tim,
Can’t thank you enough for your handling of our Safari purchase. People here in Kansas City can’t believe I drove 7 hours each way to buy our van. When I explain that you were honest, easy to deal with, and that I left your dealership within an hour and ten minutes with our new van they are amazed.
It usually takes people that long for a salesman to take an offer to their manager. I made it back in time for dinner and the daughters band concert.
