The Chevy dealership is located in Hinckley near Sandwich, and Tom Sparks Auto is located in DeKalb, just south of the Sycamore city line. we are one of the most popular repair shops in Dekalb county. Our repairs are done by ASE Certified Mechanics. We would like to acquaint you with Carl Peters, one of our mechanics who has worked at the DeKalb store since 1987. He started work for Jim Schultz Buick before Tom Sparks purchased it and it became Tom Sparks Buick. Today, although the name has forcibly been changed (by Buick Motors 2009 bankruptcy and subsequent cancellation of Tom’s franchise rights) to Tom Sparks Auto. Carl Peters still provides his 20+ years of mechanics experience to our customers. Carl Peters works for both Tom Sparks Chevy of Hinckley and Tom Sparks Auto. He is a Master Automobile Technician. His qualifications as listed by the National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence and ASE Certification list demonstrated competence in the following skills:
